Super obscure private pressing by a certain Joey Privitera covering two tracks by Rupert Holmes. It is produced by Buddah Records founder Hy Mizrahi. Judging by the cover shot, i guess the guys were lounging somewhere in Palm Springs getting their groove on. Dedication and autograph on front cover.
