Released in 1958 this counts as one of the earliest African compilations released in Europe. Nice jazzy compositions performed with solo work on the Kwela. Little Lemmy, Jimmy Pratt and debut appearance of Miriam Makeba. No hard hitting 'get down and boogie' joints on here but chilled melodic yet funky African vibes. Mono original with faint groove wear, plays solid EX. Rare catch in this condition.
