Very consistent affair by the famous Brazilian duo Antonio Carlos Marques Pinto and Jose Carlos Figueiredo. Diacho De Dor, Alarme Falso and Dona Flor E Seus Dois Maridos stand out but all in all a great listen.

Don't get put off by the late eighties recording date, Alcione still on top form. Bua Bua and Cancao Do Exilo my favorites but a good listen throughout. Solid EX plus plus copy with insert included.

Two decent jazz covers of Hancock's Maiden Voyage and Watermelon Man on this East German release but the winner without contenders is the Brazilian flavoured tittle track Swinging Pool. Great scat vocals.
